Every Cloud was born from a working relationship between Katie and Martin in the early part of 2008. Today it is dedicated to providing a one stop service whereby Property Investors can acquire well qualified Below Market Value (BMV) properties across England and Wales.

Prior to the team coming together, both individuals were working independently to generate and qualify leads from vendors looking to sell their properties, typically within short timescales for either financial or personal reasons. Both were working with a view to assessing suitability of properties found for their respective portfolios or for development / refurbishment opportunities.

The formation of Every Cloud enabled the pair to combine skills, knowledge & experience and build a business that follows the same principles but assesses suitability of these properties for fellow investors. This has resulted in a broader range of solutions that can be offered to vendors and a vastly greater potential for the founders.

Today, Every Cloud is growing from strength to strength. over the last 18 months, we have sourced a significant number of properties for other investors as well as building a potfolio for ourselves.
