Another great evening at Berkshire PNC last night with some sound advice from Simon Zutshi on how to run your property business as a professional. We were busy taking notes on how to apply these top tips to make our lives easier…roll on that 4 hour week we strive for!

One key point that came across loud and clear from Simon was that he has an exit strategy in place for each of his properties which is music to our ears. Just last week we completed on another property which we are not marketing for a Rent to Buy Tenant as it’s an ideal candidate for that.

We will of course take out a Centoption on this property as this meant we were able to structre a great deal with the vendor of this property where we pay some now and the rest later. Cenoption allows us this flexibility and means we sleep soundly at night, knowing whatver happnes to the market, prices etc. we have out exit route should we need to it complete out commitments on the property.
