We’re coming towards the end of another week and it’s been a busy one at the Every Cloud office…..

We’re busy finishing off a refurbishment on a property we recently bought in, in order to get it ready for renting. We’ve had fun and games sorting damp and dodgy electrics, but thanks to a great team of people, we’re seeing light at the end of the tunnel.

Aside from that, we have been busy finding investors to take advantage of some great property deals this week. On top of that, we’re buying another property – a nice 3 bed semi that will rent all day long, and it’s a lovely 45% BMV…we’re very excited about that one.

Furthermore we’ve secured 2 new deals this week which are a minimum of 30% bmv, and are hoping to scale up our marketing activity within the new few weeks.

Finally, we’re looking forward to Berkshire PNC on Monday and hope to see you there.
